Romagna cuisine

Genuine cuisine has always been “the feather in our cap”, with dishes typical of the Romagna tradition, home-made pasta and fresh fish from our Adriatic sea…

For lunch and dinner, we offer a choice of three menus: meat-based, fish-based and vegetarian, all of which reflect our ongoing search of genuineness, freshness and quality.

If requested, we also offer vegan menus.

A buffet – with vegetables, hors d’oeuvres, fruit and cheese – is always available.

An aperitif is offered at the hotel’s bar/café twice a week.

Meal hours:

Lunch from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

For children, upon request:
Lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

We lavish attention on a healthful breakfast in order to guarantee a good day’s start to our guests.

A great buffet offers a varied choice of sweet and salty foods, cheese, cold cuts and other seasoned meats, in addition to bread, fresh fruit, marmalades, honey, cereals, yogurt, fruit juice, brioches, cake, biscuits, toast – and last but not least, the organic corner.

Hot beverages and coffee drinks are served directly at your table.

Coffee and cappuccino are always prepared at the bar/café with an espresso machine

Breakfast hours:
from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
and for those who wish to sleep in… breakfast is served at the bar/café from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
