For lunch and dinner, we offer a choice of three menus: meat-based, fish-based and vegetarian, all of which reflect our ongoing search of genuineness, freshness and quality.<\/p>\n
If requested, we also offer vegan menus.<\/p>\n
A buffet \u2013 with vegetables, hors d\u2019oeuvres, fruit and cheese \u2013 is always available.<\/p>\n
An aperitif is offered at the hotel\u2019s bar\/caf\u00e9 twice a week.<\/p>\n
